Short version: $29 once, no subscription. 30-day no-questions refund. Click-through EULA at install. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number.

1. Seller

PCBoost is sold by Peter Byrnes, operating as Asbury AI Solutions, Asbury Park, NJ. Support and refund requests go to peter@asburyaisolutions.com.

2. What you're buying

PCBoost is a Windows 10/11 desktop utility, delivered as a downloadable installer. It is a one-time purchase — $29 USD, no recurring charge, no subscription. The purchase includes lifetime updates to this product line. A click-through end-user license agreement is presented at install; installing the app means you've accepted it.

3. Delivery

PCBoost is delivered as an instant digital download — there is no physical shipment. If a download link doesn't work, email us and we'll send it directly.

4. Payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Asbury AI Solutions never receives or stores your full card number — see our privacy notice for what we do receive.

5. Refunds

30 days, no questions asked. Email peter@asburyaisolutions.com with the receipt email from Stripe and we'll refund the purchase.

6. No performance guarantees

PCBoost applies standard, documented Windows power/registry/network settings. We don't promise a specific FPS or performance gain — results depend on your hardware. Windows is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation; PCBoost is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Microsoft.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
