Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 4, 2026

Scope: this covers the pcboost.app website and the purchase/download flow — not what the installed Windows app does on your own machine after that. See §3 for why, and how to check for yourself.

1. This site

pcboost.app runs no analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts of any kind. It's a static page with a link to Stripe Checkout and a client-side demo panel that runs entirely in your browser.

2. Purchasing

Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy — we never receive or store your full card number. After a successful purchase, Stripe passes Asbury AI Solutions:

We don't sell or share this information with anyone else. We keep purchase records as long as needed for support, refunds, and basic bookkeeping.

3. The installed app itself

PCBoost is a small (under 100 KB), locally-run Windows utility — not a service we operate. What it reads or changes on your machine happens through the standard Windows permission prompts you approve at install and at run time (the app requires admin rights to touch power/registry settings, and Windows will ask you to confirm this). The scripts behind each control are plain, readable PowerShell rather than a compiled black box, specifically so you — or anyone you trust — can check exactly what a control does before you run it.

4. Requests

To ask what purchase record we hold on your email, or to request it be deleted (where we're not required to keep it for accounting purposes), email peter@asburyaisolutions.com.

5. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the product or checkout flow changes. Check back here for the current version.
